📋 Description

‱ Collect, organize, and analyze sales and field data from CRM platforms. ‱ Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, macros) to manage large datasets, automate reporting, and develop clear visualizations. ‱ Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, trends, and results for both internal teams and clients. ‱ Translate complex data into meaningful business insights that inform strategy, sales planning, and client recommendations. ‱ Collaborate with Field Managers and account teams to provide timely and accurate reporting that supports client objectives. ‱ Identify patterns and opportunities in the data to help drive sales effectiveness and market growth. ‱ Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables with accurate data and actionable insights. ‱ Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. ‱ 2 to 4 years of experience in a data analysis, sales analysis, or business intelligence role. ‱ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze datasets. ‱ Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel required, Power BI or Tableau an asset). ‱ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. ‱ Familiarity with CRM or field data collection tools (experience with Repsly considered a strong asset). ‱ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences. ‱ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. ‱ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
