📋 Description

• Collect, organize and analyze sales and field data from CRM platforms. • Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, macros) to manage large volumes of data, automate reporting and produce clear visualizations. • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, trends and results for both internal teams and clients. • Translate complex data into actionable analyses that support strategy, sales planning and client recommendations. • Collaborate with field managers and account teams to provide accurate, timely reports that support client objectives. • Identify trends and opportunities in the data to improve commercial efficiency and drive market growth. • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports and client deliverables based on reliable data and relevant analyses. • Continuously optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis, sales analysis or business intelligence role • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong ability to clean, manipulate and analyze datasets • Experience creating dashboards and reports (Excel required; Power BI or Tableau considered assets) • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations • Familiarity with CRM or field data collection tools (experience with Repsly considered a strong asset) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences • High level of rigor, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong analytical mindset, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
