• Visit assigned stores within the territory. • Present and sell back-to-school display opportunities. • Install approved displays and stock them when the program is accepted. • Ensure merchandising materials comply with standards. • Develop strong relationships with store managers and in-store contacts. • Conduct two visits per store during the six-week program. • Plan schedule and travel efficiently. • Submit reports, photos and updates accurately. • Communicate successes, challenges and opportunities to the Field Sales Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, merchandising, or marketing. • Experience in grocery, big-box, convenience store, or pharmacy environments (an asset). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short-duration store visits. • Comfortable using mobile reporting tools (Repsly or equivalent is an asset). • Available to travel within the assigned territory. • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow program guidelines. • Organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple store visits. • Comfortable approaching store decision-makers and presenting the program.
• Flexible schedule: part-time to full-time, based on needs. • Mileage allowance: $0.50/km. • Cell phone allowance: $75. • Field-based work (independent contractor).
