📋 Description

• Managing and executing core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with GAAP, and support for audits and tax compliance. • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements. • Managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules. • Preparing and analyzing monthly balance sheet and income statement variances. • Supporting management with financial performance analysis and reporting. • Preparing schedules for audits, tax and external reporting requirements. • Participating in external and internal audit and tax requests and compliance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. • CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred. • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment. • Experience with SaaS, digital health, or multi-entity structures a plus. • Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting software (NetSuite or similar). • Familiarity with GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 340 (Deferred Commissions) and ASC 350 (Software Capitalization). • Experience with financial reporting tools and reconciliations. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
