📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development (RFI/RFP review, compliance matrix, outline, content writing, editing, and submission). • Proficiently use AI to create first-pass material and to review material. • Collaborate with team members to translate information into clear, compelling narratives. • Manage proposal schedules, assignments, color team reviews, and deadlines. • Draft and edit sections including technical, management, past performance, and resumes. • Ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and Viderity brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing and managing proposals for federal government contracts (experience with GSA MAS and IDIQs preferred). • Adept at writing about IT and creative services, proven by successful proposals covering these services. • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements. • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with attention to detail and compliance. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint, Teams, or proposal tools. • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. • Experience with CRMs and Deltek GovWin is a plus.
