📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end client relationship • Drive strategic account planning • Maximize product adoption and value realization • Deliver data-driven insights • Conduct strategic business reviews • Monitor account health and mitigate risk • Support revenue growth • Be the voice of the customer • Orchestrate internal resources • Maintain operational excellence
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a SaaS or AdTech environment • Strong background in the advertising industry, digital media, and enterprise/agency client management is highly valued. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth • Exceptional relationship builder • Customer-obsessed problem solver • Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles
