📋 Description
• Edit 4 podcasts per month – ensure clean cuts, engaging flow, and high-quality audio/video • Create 5–7 high-impact short videos and 5 short-form social media clips each month • Add subtitles in Kannada, English, and Hindi (software provided by the team) • Edit and optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook • Work on documentary edits for an NGO project as needed • Collaborate with the host to maintain consistency in tone, pace, and storytelling • Upload, format, and assist in boosting content across digital platforms
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Podcast or Video Editor • Strong storytelling and pacing sense • Proficiency in editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve • Experience with subtitling in Kannada, Hindi, and English • Knowledge of video formats for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple projects • Basic motion graphics (After Effects or Canva) preferred • Experience in documentary editing preferred • Familiarity with awareness or issue-based content preferred
