📋 Description

• Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful, practical designs • Design end-to-end: create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for new features and existing workflows • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to launch • Shape, maintain, and evolve the design system and advocate for design consistency • Iterate quickly: test, gather feedback, and refine based on real-world use • Work on complex features including quoting and ordering flows, storefronts, chat, and CRM-like features • Own big features early within a small, agile, fully remote team backed by a global parent company

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years designing digital products (marketplace, e-catalog, CRM or OMS experience a plus) • A portfolio showing clear design thinking, systems approach, and shipped work • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools • Comfort working collaboratively with high ownership in a fast-moving environment • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
