📋 Description

• Conduct complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Partner with cross-functional leadership to provide actionable insights. • Oversee the annual budgeting process. • Leverage advanced data tools to improve financial predictability. • Execute rigorous variance reporting by analyzing monthly actuals against budget and forecast. • Establish and monitor critical business health KPIs. • Collaborate with department leadership to drive cost optimization. • Leverage AI-driven methodologies for predictive trend analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. • MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is highly desirable. • 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience within a corporate FP&A environment. • Expert-level proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Query). • Strong command of modern data stacks for predictive financial data science.
