📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase. • Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. • Collect, verify, and organize client information, documents, and access credentials. • Set up client accounts across marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools. • Ensure clients are properly introduced to their dedicated team members and service workflows. • Train clients on processes, communication methods, and expectations. • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and SOPs. • Monitor progress of onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion. • Escalate potential issues early and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media, website, and ads) to ensure all client needs are met during setup. • Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and time-to-launch metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in client onboarding, account management, or operations (agency or SaaS experience preferred). • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, GSC, Meta Business Suite, CRMs, email platforms). • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once. • Comfortable documenting processes and improving workflows. • Knowledge of the construction or B2B industry is a plus.
