📋 Description

• Manage daily workflows using Asana and Microsoft Teams. • Assign tasks to internal teams (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Writers, Designers). • Maintain and optimize internal SOPs and workflow templates for all CMS service packages. • Track deliverables for all clients and ensure deadlines are consistently met. • Identify bottlenecks early and escalate issues to the COO or Account Managers. • Serve as the main internal coordinator ensuring all teams are aligned on client goals and timelines. • Work closely with Account Managers on updates, strategy execution, revisions, and approvals. • Relay feedback quickly and accurately between creative teams and client-facing roles. • Join client meetings when needed to support planning, scheduling, and next steps. • Maintain updated content calendars for each client (blogs, social media, ads, campaigns). • Ensure all assets (graphics, videos, blogs, landing pages) follow timelines and client requirements. • Organize brand assets, templates, onboarding documents, and reports using Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint. • Coordinate with writers and designers to ensure content is delivered on time and meets standards. • Consolidate weekly and monthly reports across SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web. • Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, and ad platform dashboards. • Ensure reports are accurate and insights are clear before presenting to Account Managers. • Assist in preparing dashboards for internal and client-facing use. • Verify accuracy, formatting, and branding on all deliverables before handing off to Account Managers. • Review content, social posts, emails, graphics, and landing pages for compliance with client guidelines. • Ensure all materials align with the approved strategy and tone. • Assist Account Managers in building campaign plans, marketing calendars, and strategic roadmaps. • Help prepare onboarding materials, proposals, and client documentation. • Ensure all tasks follow the correct workflow for the client’s package and scope.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing project management. • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, paid ads, and content marketing fundamentals. • Excellent coordination, time-management, and communication skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables at once. • Proficiency in: • o Asana • o Microsoft Teams • o Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • o Microsoft SharePoint / OneDrive • o HubSpot CRM • o Google Analytics (GA4) • o Google Search Console • o SEMrush • Familiarity with paid ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus. • Construction industry experience is an advantage but not required.
