• - 2–4 years’ experience in change management, organisational development, or project support roles. • - Experience supporting technology rollout or digital transformation projects (LMS/CRM experience preferred). • - Strong written and verbal communication skills. • - Ability to create clear, user-friendly communication and guidance materials. • - Familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR, PROSCI) is advantageous. • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • - Experience in higher education or SaaS environments is an advantage.
