• As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the IT sector. • This role requires strong LinkedIn business development skills and cold calling expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers and generate new business opportunities for the recruitment team. • Research and identify prospective clients within the IT industry. • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to connect with potential clients. • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and market trends. • Nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into long-term partnerships. • Track and report lead generation activities and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, ideally within the IT or recruitment sector. • Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. • Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
