• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business growth. • Manage and optimize existing marketing channels, while identifying new opportunities to expand reach and engagement. • Oversee the rebuild of the company website, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external web developers and designers. • Ensure the website and all landing pages are regularly updated and optimized for performance and conversion. • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to create and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Manage event planning and execution for company-hosted live events, ensuring brand consistency and effective lead capture.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or project management roles. • Proven ability to plan and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social media, SEO, and web). • Experience managing external agencies, contractors, or freelancers. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting results. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience overseeing website rebuilds or marketing technology projects is highly advantageous. • Event planning experience is a plus.
