• Location: Remote (within South Africa) • We are seeking a Recruitment Candidate Screener with experience in various recruitment roles to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and vetting applications for engineering positions. • Your expertise will be critical in identifying top talent from job boards, ensuring only the best candidates are presented for placement. • This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in recruiting who can manage a high volume of CVs, quickly assess suitability, and work independently to screen candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to screen for various roles. • Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions. • Experience of 2+ years in recruitment and candidate screening. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with recruitment, hiring teams and candidates as required.
