📋 Description
• Build a high-availability Proxmox environment using Ceph/ZFS for persistent storage and OVS/Linux Bridges for networking. • Perform the end-to-end installation and lifecycle management of OpenShift (UPI/IPI) on the Proxmox hypervisor. • Implement IGT-compliant security standards using OpenShift Service Mesh (mTLS), RBAC, and the Compliance Operator. • Configure CSI drivers to provide automated, dynamic volumes (replacing AWS EBS) and integrate with Keycloak/AD. • Act as the technical anchor
🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience with OCP administration and cluster hardening. • Proficiency in KVM/QEMU, Ceph storage engineering, and Proxmox APIs. • Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for 'Infrastructure as Code' on local hardware. • Strong grasp of SDN, VLAN tagging, and load balancing in a data center environment.
