📋 Description
• Collaborate with UX/UI leadership on creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes • Align new products with the design system • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly • Assist in building and maintaining the design system and guidelines • Summarize user research and apply data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives • Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in design or computer science • 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field • Proficiency in Figma • Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience with Sketch and Zeplin is a plus • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS • Solid foundation with WCAG standards • Provide examples of wireframes, user flows or prototypes • Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team
