📋 Description

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. • Design user-centered interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly usable. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate design concepts into tangible experiences. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content creators to ensure a seamless user journey. • Stay up-to-date on UI/UX design trends and best practices, constantly pushing the boundaries of user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful UI/UX design projects. • Expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing). • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to user-centered design principles. • Bonus Points: Experience with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript) is a plus. • Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design. • Experience with user experience (UX) writing and information architecture. • A passion for data-driven design and A/B testing to optimize user experience.
