📋 Description

• Manage new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders across the business using the end to end intake process for Portfolio assessment and planning. • Assess incoming requests for business value, strategic alignment, urgency, and feasibility, facilitate prioritization discussions with portfolio leadership. • Assign resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing capacity, skillsets, and business priorities. • Serve as primary point of contact for request status, timelines, and resource availability, ensure transparent, timely updates to stakeholders. • Contribute to tracking and reporting by maintaining up to date records on the dashboards and systems used by Portfolio to track progress of assessment and planning of new requests. • Adhere to intake, prioritization, and allocation policies, as well as best practices and compliance standards. • Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other functional teams to align on priorities and resolve resource conflicts.

🎯 Requirements

• Be based in Brazil • English Advanced (C1) • 5 or more years of experience in program management, project management or a related role within the technology or financial services sector • Detail oriented with strong analytical approach • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver in agile environments • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with engineering and product lifecycle processes • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment • Nice to have: Technical related expertise (development, infrastructure, familiarity with architectural design), Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google) • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
