📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and migrations for brewery and distillery customers • Guide clients through business process improvements and identify system gaps and optimization opportunities • Build strong customer relationships through ongoing consultation and problem-solving • Configure solutions, create documentation and reports, and support successful rollouts • Collaborate with internal teams and support sales initiatives when needed • Contribute ideas for product enhancements and continuous innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in the craft beer and/or spirits industry • Experience with ERP implementations (SAP Business One highly preferred; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is an asset) • Focus in ERP Production is an asset • Familiarity with companion solutions and cross-system integrations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Understanding of manufacturing workflows is advantageous • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse clients • Experience with cloud-based solutions and/or craft beverage software (e.g., OrchestratedBEER, Ekos, BrewMan, Crafted) is beneficial • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
