• Responsible for all sales-related activities within Spain & Portugal • The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the Vision RT strategy in the region, growing the sales of all Vision RT products, and achieving assigned sales targets. • Building a sales pipeline and increasing market share is expected across all the product lines.
• Proven track record of successful sales in Medical Devices (preferably radiation oncology or SGRT) • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a professional demeanour that is both strategic and proactive • Minimum of 3 to 5 years sales experience in Medical Device or similar • Proven track record of successful complex capital equipment sales. Strong Hunter adept at continuous prospecting, identification and cultivation of sales opportunities with existing centres and new prospects alike utilizing a consultative approach. • Passionate team player who is collaborative and works well with cross-functional teams • Strong presentation and social selling (LinkedIn, Twitter) skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to routinely negotiate prices, terms of transactions, and contractual agreements. • Knowledge of healthcare systems throughout the region • Fluent in English • Fluent in Spanish
