📋 Description

• Assist customers with inquiries across multiple channels — phone, email, and chat. • Provide solutions for customers, primarily focusing on eCommerce and marketing needs. • Work collaboratively with your team and support operational success through effective communication and assistance. • Participate in a weekly rotating shift schedule and adapt to assigned hours to ensure customer satisfaction during business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written Norwegian, with a friendly and empathetic manner to understand and assist customers. • Strong interest in eCommerce and marketing and a passion for print and design to help deliver the best solutions for customers and contribute to their business success. • Comfortable with digital channels and able to support customers across phone, email, and chat. • Persistent and reliable, able to maintain an overview of current marketing solutions we offer (e.g., flyers, business cards, disposable menus) and act as a dependable partner for clients.
