📋 Description

• Update tables, new billing system parameters, quality management settings, and all other relevant updates/refreshers for the department. • Perform and validate billing closings for private patients, contracted insurers (convênios), and SUS BPA according to schedule. • Execute and validate production-to-billing reconciliations. • Prepare, analyze, and validate reports, audits, and control spreadsheets. • Carry out direct collections from contracted insurers and post account entries when necessary. • Monitor the department's key performance indicators. • Plan and oversee the execution of tasks for the billing and accounts receivable team. • Provide support to partner and payer audit teams.
