📋 Description

• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle: discovery, concepting, interaction design, and delivery. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to understand how surgical teams work and what they need. • Turn complex workflows and data into clear, usable interfaces. • Design, prototype, and test ideas to find what works best. • Help evolve our design system for consistency and scalability. • Run user research and usability tests, and turn insights into improvements. • Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation. • Support commercial design work—creating marketing visuals and assets that communicate VitVio’s story and value. • Champion user-centered thinking across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Are comfortable taking projects from research and concept through to polished visual design and delivery. • Work well with engineers, PMs, and clinicians, and enjoy solving problems together. • Can turn ambiguity into clarity—breaking down complex workflows into intuitive, usable designs. Include the number “42” in your application so we know you’ve read this. • Communicate ideas effectively—through visuals, writing, and feedback. • Work confidently in Figma and leverage tools like Dovetail, MixPanel, and prototyping platforms (e.g., Lovable, FigmaMake, Cursor) to design, test, and refine experiences. • (Bonus) Skilled with Motion design and Adobe Creative Cloud to support marketing and commercial design work.
