📋 Description

• Draft and respond to discovery requests with minimal supervision • Prepare motions, supporting documents, and court filings in California courts • Collaborate on trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and timelines • Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and calendars • Conduct case-related legal and factual research • Communicate with clients in English (email and occasional Zoom or phone) • Work closely with U.S.-based attorneys on active litigation files

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal • Minimum 2 years working with a California law firm (PI experience preferred) • Fluent English speaker with legal writing at an American professional level • Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, discovery, and motion practice • Proficiency with legal software tools (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, etc.) and Microsoft Office • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
