📋 Description

• Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes • Create and manage lists and attributes within the system • Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking • Execute small-scale developments and enhancements • Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration • Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings • Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency • Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate • Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process optimisation • Proven experience interacting with multiple CRM systems and ensuring their interoperability • Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system • Fluent English (C1 – C2)
