📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end project management, including scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management for complex initiatives. • Apply strategic thinking to align project goals with organizational objectives. • Facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, and prepare formal documentation and presentations. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to drive project execution and continuous improvement. • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrates mastery in independently applying strategic thinking, scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management to complex projects. • Exhibits strong communication skills; facilitation, interview, formal document writing, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in one or many Agile-based tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Enterprise server, Trello, etc. • Knowledge in Azure and the SDLC • Proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
