📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a skilled Bid/Proposal Manager to oversee our bid processes and collaborate with internal teams. • The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing bids from government tender portals and other bid listings, screening them for suitability, and preparing winning proposals. • Key responsibilities include: Source and identify relevant bids from government tender portals and other bid listing platforms. • Screen and assess bid opportunities for alignment with our products and services. • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids. • Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities. • Develop and implement bid strategies to increase win rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in bid/proposal management. • Knowledge: Familiarity with government tender portals, procurement processes, and bid submission requirements. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals. • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate bid opportunities and requirements accurately. • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and cooperation in bid preparation. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software/tools.
