📋 Description

• Partner with hospital leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide training strategies. • Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions. • Ensure a seamless transition to customer success teams. • Facilitate strategy sessions with hospital leadership to assess training needs. • Develop and present comprehensive enterprise strategic training plans tailored to each healthcare organization. • Provide expert guidance on training best practices and change management. • Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs onsite, equipping internal trainers. • Conduct and manage virtual training programs and sessions using application platforms. • Ensure training content meets the specific needs and supports solution workflows within the hospital. • Oversee the training process from initial planning through department-level kickoff. • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams with clear documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred. • No prior work experience required. • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred. • Must be capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple projects. • Ability travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet the clients' needs and timetables.
