📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth requirements gathering to fully understand business objectives and user needs. • Translate these needs into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and detailed system requirements. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Maintain clear, organized product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA. • Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure features are delivered accurately and on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile teams, ideally Scrum. • Strong practical experience managing backlogs, sprints, and epics in JIRA. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation. • Familiarity with common web development stacks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and cloud platforms like AWS. • Background or exposure to insurance, wealth management, or broader financial services added advantage
