📋 Description

• Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily • Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code • Partner with designers, artists, and producers to craft gameplay experiences • Debug and improve live game systems • Improve the game on technical front and maintain high quality standards • Playtest and provide design/product feedback regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent professional software development experience • Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving • Familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset • 1+ years of Roblox development experience • Shipped games or features on Roblox or similar platforms (Nice to Have) • Game jam or modding experience (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning, balancing) (Nice to Have) • 2+ years professional software development experience (Nice to Have)
