• Own Mob Control’s market positioning, growth strategy and onboarding of new users • Participate in broader game strategy and vision as a key contributor • Develop and oversee growth strategy and UA/creatives strategy in collaboration with Growth leaders • Generate player and market insights from internal data, market research, and player observation • Define IP positioning and messaging with the studio to highlight USPs and support growth • Contribute to the product roadmap with focus on onboarding (FTUE) and early retention initiatives • Partner with UA team to improve campaign performance through product and market insights • Improve early retention and monetisation by connecting onboarding to creatives/UA and product initiatives • Align product and growth teams, acting as a clear point of contact
• Degree from a top-tier engineering or business school (or equivalent) • Proven experience in product marketing strategy, performance marketing/UA, ideally in mobile gaming or adjacent industries • Ability to bridge product and growth, aligning UA, creatives, and product roadmap to drive acquisition, early retention, and monetisation • Solid understanding of player insights, onboarding (FTUE), ASO, and creative strategy • Experience with CRM, content, branding, or social media is a strong plus • Background as Product Marketing Manager, top consulting strategy, or direct-to-consumer business with strong commercial and analytical focus • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and strong communicator able to collaborate with both product and growth teams • Passion for gaming and ability to develop a long-term vision for scaling a game and building an IP
