📋 Description

• As a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. • This role requires a highly analytical individual capable of interpreting financial data, creating projections, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, optimize budgets, and support long-term planning initiatives. • This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to transformative financial strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics , or a related field required. • Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial tools such as Power BI, Tableau , or other analytics platforms. • Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and variance analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about contributing to strategic financial planning and driving organizational growth. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
