📋 Description

• As an IT Support Specialist , you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • This role requires a problem-solving professional who can address IT challenges, support end-users, and ensure system efficiency and security. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in IT operations. • This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field required. • Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues. • Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols. • Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems). • Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices. • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams. • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ , or similar are a plus. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
