📋 Description
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards (teams, squads and individual contributors); • Define, monitor and optimize productivity, efficiency and delivery metrics; • Establish routines for collecting, cleaning and analyzing operational data; • Identify bottlenecks, patterns and opportunities for continuous improvement; • Support leaders and executives with reports, insights and actionable recommendations; • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes with a results-oriented focus; • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights; • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities; • Effective communication skills to present analyses and support decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields; • Previous experience with dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Data Studio, Metabase or similar); • Solid knowledge of productivity, performance and quality metrics; • Strong analytical skills and ease working with large volumes of information.
