• 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development targeting enterprise accounts • Proven success booking and conducting meetings with C-level or VP-level executives • Demonstrated ability to design and execute a structured lead generation plan • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive and tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive-level presence • Consulting or professional services experience a plus • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles preferred
