📋 Description
• Provide Accounts Receivable services and respond to customer inquiries • Act as primary point of contact for complex inquiries from customers • Perform Accounts Receivable activities, including billing and cash application • Supports collection activities for past due accounts • Coordinate with customers and other business partners on billing disputes • Prepare timely and accurate billing and reconciliation reports • Help onboard and mentor new teammates
🎯 Requirements
• One to two years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with SAP preferred • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to work within multiple systems to extract information • Clean credit history as reported by the credit report
