• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience • Ten or more years of sales management or similar relevant experience with clear progression to senior leadership/ management roles • Proven success in selling to medical professionals, retailers, and e-commerce platforms • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and data analytics • Strong understanding of territory management and multi-channel sales strategies • Experience leading customer service operations with a focus on talent development • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing teams • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation • Clean credit history as reported by credit report
