📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end WordPress production — from design to deployment — ensuring every project meets quality, performance, and SLA benchmarks. • Drive process optimization and automation — using data insights and collaboration across teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. • Coach team members on technical skills, performance, and delivery quality. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Research teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience building websites on WordPress, including at least 3 years leading technical and production teams in website delivery. • Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, WordPress page builders (especially Elementor), and PHP. • Working knowledge of Figma, on-page SEO concepts, modern website design principles, and website copy. • Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Computer Applications, or a similar qualification (nice-to-have). • Experience in building websites for U.S. and/or Canadian markets (nice-to-have).
