📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Data 360 Solution Architect • Design enterprise-grade data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies • Lead and mentor a technical delivery team comprising two Technical Architects • Work closely with the overall TA Lead and Project Manager • Provide direct technical guidance • Troubleshoot complex configuration challenges • Validate Data Cloud designs • Collaborate with business stakeholders, program leaders, and cross-functional technology teams • Ensure alignment with business requirements and banking standards

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with Data 360 and Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution, and activation • Proven track record in a Solution Architect Lead role guiding technical teams through complex implementations • Strong enterprise data architecture skills • Experience with API integrations • Lead management platform knowledge • Experience in Financial Services / Banking environments highly preferred • Relevant certifications needed for this role • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated and proactive approach • Ability to meet unexpected challenges and adapt when needed
