• Lead and manage the IT help desk and customer service function, establishing SLAs, escalation protocols, service standards, and service-delivery KPIs. • Oversee identity and access management, IT hardware and software asset lifecycles, asset inventory, and device imaging. • Partner with the CISO to ensure devices are patched, hardened, and compliant with security policies. • Administer and optimize Microsoft M365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Manage the enterprise phone system and vendor relationships. • Oversee JIRA Service Management configuration and administration. • Own the mobile device management program, including enrollment, configuration, monitoring, retirement, security policies, encryption, remote wipe, and access controls. • Serve as the primary IT Operations partner to the CISO on security directives, patch management, audits, risk assessments, and incident response. • Establish ITIL-aligned incident, change, problem, and asset-management processes. • Define, track, and report operational metrics; lead continuous-improvement and change-management initiatives. • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and SOC 2 documentation and control evidence. • Lead, mentor, hire, evaluate, and develop the IT operations team. • Plan staffing, tooling, processes, vendor relationships, and contracts to support organizational growth. • Guide improvement and technology projects from initiation through closure, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, success criteria, and post-implementation reviews. • Ensure IT operations controls align with SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing IT operations, preferably within a scaling organization. • Healthcare IT experience, including familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance obligations. • Experience managing help desk operations, endpoint and asset management, and enterprise productivity platforms. • Hands-on experience with mobile device management solutions. • Experience administering JIRA Service Management or comparable ITSM platforms. • Experience with SOC 2. • Experience building and maturing IT operations metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. • Experience leading organizational or technology change-management initiatives. • Deep understanding of IT service-management principles and operationalizing them at scale. • Strong analytical mindset for defining, tracking, and acting on operational metrics. • Excellent communication skills for translating technical matters to executive and clinical audiences. • Ability to build collaborative partnerships with the CISO, CIO, and business stakeholders. • Strong organizational and project-management capabilities, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. • Microsoft M365 administration experience is preferred. • ITIL Foundation certification preferred; higher-level ITIL certification a plus. • Microsoft 365 certifications or comparable credentials preferred. • Familiarity with value-based care or similar healthcare delivery models preferred. • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with evolving IT operations practices and technologies.
