🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality • Proven track record in guest relations and property operations • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in property management software • Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus) • Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
