• Oversee daily operations of short-term vacation rental portfolio • Maintain and enhance property value • Ensure positive guest experience • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests • Coordinate with concierge team • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs • Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections • Manage relationships with contractors • Prepare and manage property budgets • Handle financial reporting • Stay updated on laws and regulations • Ensure legal compliance • Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations • Implement safety and security measures
🎯 Requirements
• Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or South Africa • At least 8 years of previous experience in property management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficient in property management software • Excellent problem-solving skills • Quick decision-making skills • Bonus: Has experience managing homes in the US
