• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Onboarding team. • Oversee client onboarding from contract execution to successful implementation. • Manage project timelines, onboarding activities, and service launches. • Drive client satisfaction and onboarding performance metrics. • Act as the escalation point for onboarding-related issues. • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, Sustainability, and Customer Experience teams. • Improve onboarding processes, documentation, and operational efficiencies. • Monitor KPIs, onboarding risks, CRM data integrity, and team performance.
• 5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or project management. • 2+ years of people leadership experience. • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience leading process improvement and change initiatives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Preferred Bilingual in English and French. • Experience in a B2B service environment. • Experience managing client implementations or onboarding programs.
