📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts • Review and manage escalated cases • Conduct quality assurance on analyst investigations • Provide regular feedback to analysts on performance • Collaborate with MDR engineering and threat intelligence teams • Work a regular Monday to Friday 8 hour day shift • Contribute to shift planning and coverage • Support onboarding and training of new SOC Analysts • Participate in incident response and threat hunting
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Operations Centre • Experience leading or mentoring SOC analysts • Proficient with EDR tools (CrowdStrike, Defender, Panda) • Experience with firewall logs, network traffic analysis, and cloud platforms (O365, Azure, AWS) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
