• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to both digital and field marketing in the Iberia region. • Proven success managing paid media, SEO initiatives, and event marketing programs. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing attribution tools and CRM systems. • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus. • Self-motivated, creative, and data-driven — able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
