• Contribute to defining and evolving product experiences, with a focus on conversational interfaces and digital service flows; • Work on building a product from the ground up, contributing to a scalable vision and a white-label model, helping design solutions that can be adapted and evolved across different contexts; • Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and business teams to align needs, hypotheses, and solutions; • Support discovery and co-creation processes, translating insights and data into practical, consistent solutions; • Create and refine conversation flows, prototypes, and interface components, ensuring clarity, empathy, and coherence in user communication; • Participate in design rituals and delivery reviews, contributing feedback and best practices; • Follow implementation alongside the technical team to ensure quality and consistency in the final experience; • Support the management and organization of content within conversational systems, helping maintain clear and standardized communication.
• Solid experience as a Product Designer, working on digital products at scale; • Experience designing conversational interfaces and experiences; • Ability to translate complex journeys into simple, fluid experiences; • Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders; • Data-driven mindset and curiosity to learn from outcomes; • Clear and empathetic communication, both to discuss solutions and to document design decisions; • Experience in Service Design and a systems view of services (a plus); • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B products (a plus); • Experience with conversational automation tools (a plus); • Previous involvement in large-scale projects or regulated markets (Telecom, Utilities) (a plus).
