📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional operational initiatives • Coordinate strategic projects for company leadership • Develop and improve internal processes • Manage operational vendors and third-party relationships • Coordinate company subscriptions, software, and operational resources • Assist leadership with planning and execution of growth initiatives • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, including using Claude and Claude Cowork to streamline internal workflows • Maintain proposal templates and presentation materials • Update client case studies • Coordinate conference materials • Support business development initiatives • Maintain company templates and branded collateral • Ensure consistent branding across presentations and communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, operations, executive support, events, or a related field • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Highly proficient in AI tools, with hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Cowork or similar AI assistants for research, drafting, process design, and workflow automation • Preferred experience in professional services, private equity, finance, or business operations
