• Build and scale a professional services organization that combines technical services, sales engineering support, and managed/professional service delivery. • Develop a modern services model that increases efficiency, accelerates customer outcomes, and reduces manual operational workload. • Transform services into a profit-center function by designing repeatable, packaged, and value-driven offerings. • Create and evolve service methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices across professional services. • Drive operational maturity in forecasting, resourcing, utilization management, project governance, and tool adoption. • Serve as a connective leader between Product, Engineering, CX, Support, Sales, and Operations to remove friction and accelerate customer value. • Provide structured feedback loops that inform roadmap decisions, product enhancements, and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years leading technical and non-technical teams in a customer-facing environment • 3+ years leading Professional Services at a SaaS company • Proven success implementing scalable delivery methodologies and operational frameworks • Demonstrated ability to transform services into efficient, standardized, measurable delivery programs • Strong consulting background with matrixed cross-functional leadership • Excellent communication skills and executive presence • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
