• Monitor loan pipeline for submissions assigned by the team lead, review email, documents and loan details and verify everything is correct. • Ensure that the relevant databases and trackers are updated regularly • Conduct verification checks with relevant parties. • Preparation of intent to proceed forms • Follow up and coordinate with multiple business units like Finance, Sales, Title and Underwriting. • Resolve all discrepancies, escalate as required
• Excellent command of English, written and oral. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Translation & Interpretation or related field preferred. • Prior data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or a related role, especially private lending experience is a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel. • Effective teamwork and collaboration across departments • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills • Self-motivated, and willing to learn, research, and problem-solve independently • Ability to ask the right questions and a proactive approach to identifying issues and resolving them • Experience with CRM systems or document management tools is a plus • General comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
